Muhamad Kamaluddin, President Director
Muhamad Kamaluddin was appointed by the company as President Director since December 30, 2020. Prior to serving at PT JakLingko Indonesia, he worked as Corporate Secretary of PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda), and before that as Strategic Portfolio Projects General Manager at Shell Indonesia and Senior Manager of the Resources Operating Group Accenture Indonesia.
He completed the Masters in Business Administration (S2) program at London Business School England in 2008 and a Bachelor of Engineering Physics (S1) at Institute Teknologi Bandung in 1997.
Currently he also serves as Commissioner of PT Integrasi Transit Jakarta, a joint venture between MRT Jakarta and Transjakarta which is engaged in the management of Transit Oriented Areas (KBT) and property businesses.
Albertus Indarko Wiyogo, CISA CISSP, Director
He received an assignment as Director at the company on December 30, 2020, previously he served as Vice President Information Technology at PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia, a subsidiary of PT Kereta Api Indonesia which operates commuter trains in the Greater Jakarta to Banten area.
Previously he was the Vice President of e-Commerce, Vice President of Information Technology (IT) Operations, Vice President of IT Planning at the Head Office of PT Kereta Api Indonesia. He has graduated from Informatics Engineering, STT Telkom, he has been long time in the world of information technology and also experienced for several State-owned company and IT Consultants.
Currently he is completing his Masters in Computer Science with a specialization in Big Data Analytic & Machine Learning.
Mohammad Hanief Arie Setianto, Director
Mohammad Hanief Arie Setianto was appointed as Director of the Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on October 27, 2021. He is an Indonesian citizen who was born in Jakarta on June 3, 1969. Hanief Arie graduated from the State College of Accountancy and holds a Masters degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia.
He has served in government agencies, including the Performance Control Unit of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) in 2015–2016 and the Presidential Work Unit for Development Supervision and Control (UKP4) in 2010–2014. He was involved in the recovery of Aceh and Nias after the earthquake and tsunami at the Aceh and Nias Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Agency (BRR) from 2005–2009.
Prior to joining PT Jak Lingko Indonesia, he was the Director of Business Development for PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda) in 2018–2021, a company engaged in infrastructure, utilities, and property owned by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.
