Syafrin Liputo officially became President Commissioner of PT Jakarta Lingko Indonesia through the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on June 21, 2023. Born in Gorontalo on March 26, 1971 and since 2019, he has held the position of Head of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency. Syafrin Liputo has pursued a career since 2013 as Head of Land Transportation Division of DKI Jakarta Provincial Transportation Agency. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Land Transportation from STTD Bekasi in 1998, a Postgraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the National Institute of Science and Technology Jakarta in 2003, and a Doctorate degree in Environmental Science from the University of Indonesia, Depok in 2014.

His career journey continues to grow, from the position of Head of the Sub-Directorate of Traffic and Transportation Supervision of BPTJ in 2016 to the Head of the Land Transportation Management Center Region XII of Bali and NTB Provinces of the Directorate General of Land Transportation in June 2019. Since July 2019 until now, he has actively served as Head of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Transportation Agency. With a rich educational background and experience, Syafrin now holds an important role as President Commissioner of PT Jakarta Lingko Indonesia.

Ivan R. Tigana was officially inaugurated as the Director of PT JakLingko Indonesia through a Shareholders' Decision (KPPS) on June 20, 2024.

Ivan is a technology enthusiast with a track record spanning over a dozen years in business and marketing across various industries such as Creative Industry, FMCG, Technology, and Smart City. He began his career in Business Development, Sales & Marketing in an FMCG company and Smart City & Artificial Intelligence technology firm, eventually becoming the Founder/Co-Founder of several technology-based startups including a software house and Edu-tech. He has also contributed to environmental initiatives through a circular economy company.

Ivan has held leadership positions in various technology companies, serving as Chief of Commercial Officer at Nodeflux, Indonesia's first and largest Vision AI company, and as Venture Builder Director at Ecoxyztem, where he helps ecopreneurs develop climate solutions.
